Zapeera ("we", "us") is business-management software — point of sale, inventory and reports — operated by Softsunrise. This policy covers the Zapeera web app, desktop app, Android app and this marketing website. Questions about it go to softsunrise125@gmail.com.
When you register, we store your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
The working data of your business: your business and branch details, products, batches, stock levels, purchases, suppliers, customers, staff accounts and roles, sales, refunds, expenses and attendance. You enter this data to run your business; it belongs to you.
If you write to us through the contact form on this website, we receive your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (if given), business type and your message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
To keep you signed in and the service secure, we use session cookies and similar tokens, and our systems keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request times) for security and troubleshooting.
If you activate a plan by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, the payment proof you upload inside the app is stored with your account so our team can verify and activate your plan.
We do not sell your personal or business data to anyone, and we do not use your business data to advertise to your customers.

The Zapeera app uses cookies and local storage that are necessary for sign-in sessions, security and remembering your workspace preferences. This marketing website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say so.
Your business data is retained while your account exists, so your records stay available to you. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal and business data within a reasonable period, except records we are legally required to keep. Backups are rotated and age out on a rolling basis.
You may ask us at any time to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; or export your business data. Write to softsunrise125@gmail.com from your account email and we will respond within a reasonable time. Much of your business data can also be viewed and managed directly inside the app.
Data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, passwords are hashed, and access inside Zapeera is controlled by account roles and permissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Zapeera is business software and is not directed at children. Accounts are for business owners and their staff.
If we change this policy materially, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
