A cashier needs the register, not your profit report. A manager needs the branch, not your other branches. Zapeera's roles draw those lines in the system — not in a policy you hope people follow.
Every business in Zapeera starts with three standard roles. The owner sees and controls everything. Managers run day-to-day operations — sales, stock, purchases — inside their branch. Cashiers get the selling tools: the POS, products and their own sales work. Reports, settings and other branches stay out of reach unless the role allows them.
Permissions aren't cosmetic. The same role governs the menus a person sees and the actions the system accepts from them, on web, desktop and mobile alike — a restricted action is refused by the system itself, with the reason shown.
Staff permissions — FAQAs the business grows — more staff, more branches, a bigger plan — the same role system keeps the boundaries. Which modules a business can use follows its plan and business type, set centrally; which people can use them follows their role. The two layers together mean a Growing plan's extra modules reach exactly the staff who should have them.
